This service has been designed to assist you and your newly purchased home, even while you are away from Italy or Abruzzo.
As part of this service, after acquiring your house, you will be able to purchase a package guaranteed by our staff and use it as you wish for the performance of various tasks such as:
- requesting a transfer to your property upon your arrival at the airport/railway or bus station;
- supervising to your house for security reasons;
- purchasing food or performing other tasks upon your request;
- receiving assistance for ‘red tape’ procedures in Italy (e.g.: utility connections, such as water, electricity, gas, ...);
- information on a trustworthy baby-sitter;
- house maintenance;
- learning cooking tricks to prepare the delicacies of Abruzzo;
- renting your house while you are away to customers we trust or designated by you;
- maintenance of your garden by qualified personnel.
The price for this service is 30 euro/hour plus costs. |
